Interesting radiator

I was at an event in South Boston recently and stopped short when I saw the following radiator. Any idea what type and how old it is? There are a couple of pipes through the floor that enter near each end of the radiator. I don't recall seeing any vents.

That's a Clogston radiator, dating from the mid to late 19th century. We only recently found the EDR for these early radiators, so @Erin Holohan Haskell hasn't had a chance to add it to the collection yet, but you can find the chart in this thread, scroll up to see the beginning:
