You're most welcome, Alan. After you've done whatever needs doing to that system, I'd be most interested in hearing how it performs and what you think of it in our somewhat benign California climate.

It's an interesting building. An Oakland Firestorm house, built by an architect for himself. Large open spaces with large windows to enjoy the view and give up heat.
There are two Lochinvar RBN 090 boilers. One for the Radiant Panel baseboard and one for the concrete embedded radiant. Non-barrier tubing throughout ala Warm Floors.
They are thinking of replacing the boiler(s). What would you use for non-barrier tubing?
