Navien 240A

Just installed Navien 240A and connected to existing recirculation line. Water seems to take 4-5 min according to home owner. Have gotten ahold of tech support, installation and operation of unit is good. Leaving temp for test was 125, but water seems to temper down to around 80. How to resolve this problem?
