Heat pump and compressor inegration

Dear All,
We have a requirement of large volume of hot water up to 25,000 liters. The temperature required is 85 degree Celsius.
And also we have comfort cooling load up to 9 degree.

Could please let me know how to integrate heat exchanger(shell&tube) and a compressor for this requirement. A single compressor can achieve up to 58 degree Celsius heat load. So should we need another compressor for the remaining load?

What are the best practices available in the market for this kind of typical requirement ?

Thanks,

A diagram of the system you want to build up would help. Need more information. I get the water volume and temperature 85 deg C and 25000L define that load Don't understand the 9 degree cooling load need that load in BTU or KW/hour and the temperature requirements
