Mastic for dryer vents

What is the best mastic for assembling and sealing galvanized dryer duct? I need something to firmly connect straight duct work as well as 90 degree elbows. Also need it to connect 90 degree elbows to ABS plastic dryer duct.

    A brush on duct sealer will take a long time to set up and dry.

    A foil backed mastic tape would be a better choice. It won't come apart. "Instant set" so you can put the duct together and keep working. This comes in 2" and 3" wide rolls.

    Going over the elbow gores with a brush on sealer after installation wouldn't be a bad idea.
