HI, does MA code allow direct vent wall furnaces? How about the small units that start with a pilot, similar to a gas fireplace? Thx very much!

When you select a unit (model #) that you want to install got to the MA plumbing board web site.
They have a search engine to look up "MA approved gas equipment" & "MA approved plumbing products"
You can search by manufacturer and then model #
It is a little tedious....a lot of people don't know this but you can't install equipment in MA and there is a lot of unapproved equipment out their. Some can be installed in other states but not MA0
