    @Gordo Very nice. Great video. A very nice job.

    A thought.......Why not add a union and close nipple on the pig tail under the pressuretroll ? Would make service a lot less of a pain in the butt.

    @Intplm. Quite so, a union would do the trick. And thank you for your kind words!

    The Force boiler, however, is only supplied as a package, i.e. that's the way it comes from the factory. I have asked for other slight changes in design and was told no.

    Since we needed the get the heat on as rapidly as possible and still do a reasonably good job, such niceties as adding unions to compensate for poor servicing design had to go by the boards.

    Here is a video from two years ago of the boiler previous to ours.
    The above ground wet return piping, which is not shown, was some of the worst I've ever seen. It was a joy to finally be allowed to gut it.

    Really nice job quick question the S 86 on the boiler looks to be there old type I guess the Boiler company bought them in bulk?
    I haven’t seen one of those new around for a while
