    ThermAtlantic will ship anywhere and have excellent customer service. I do not believe there is another device on the market that is similar to theirs. Because it has no moving parts, it is supper quite. There are others that have inside condensers, but they have fans and pumps ect, and make a racket. As long as mated to a suitable heat pump, I believe the DX2W can get down to 40F.
