I have a 6 story 30 unit apt building here in NYC .
the last few days my water is fluctuating extremely hot to cold.
this mixing valve is only couple years old and has performed well.
I have a steam pea shooter gas only burner
how do I troubleshoot the three controls of this unit
I have a heat timer ETV Plus, valve, sensor, module
I am afraid a tenant is going to get burnt only bc the temp changes so rapidly
I noticed tithes once temp fell below freezing
any help is highly appreciated so I thank you in advance
