can anyone tell me what brand vent this is and what the venting capacity is for these vents?

    USAV is the Brand. I think that's the cheap Chinese radiator vent sold by some of the Big Box stores. A waste of money. Buy something more reliable like Vent-Rite, Gorton, Maid-O-Mist or Hoffman.
