Does anyone have experience with this product failing inside the concrete slab? From what I have read it as always and only the fittings that sale with the domestuc hot water.

Not that I know of. The fact that the tubing is in the slab (no fittings). Generally the water temperatures are lower. And that its a closed loop where no new oxygen enters the system you are probably good for quite some time.0

I have seen a few different failures. Delamination, collapse internally, and a bubble or blister. I suppose any could occur in a slab. you would need to find and carefully expose to know for sure.Bob "hot rod" Rohr
