Fix Packless Radiator Valve? Dunham Type 141, I think

I have a valve that is leaking from the stem. It was just fine until we closed and opened it. 
This valve is in a historic house down here in Huntsville Alabama. It was a Dunham Differential DH system, right out of Dunham handbook No. 414. The vacuum pump is out of service.
