Prevalence of One Pipe Steam Systems

New here but thought I'd jump right in and ask a few questions!
Q1. Does anyone have any good information on the prevalence of one-pipe steam systems across the country? I've found some information in the LL87 Energy Audits for NYC, but those reports excludes a huge amount of smaller buildings. Additionally, I haven't seen anything documented for outside of NYC.
Q2. Does anyone know the relative prevalence of different one pipe air vents? For example, Hoffman 40s vs. Varivents vs. Gorton. Anecdotal answers would be great too!
Thanks!!!

Thanks @DanHolohan! When I've looked in the past, I've only seen steam and hot water combined, but will definitely dive back in to check again.0
