Navien 180A making noises every few minutes

in Gas Heating
We headed out for vacation last week, and turned off the water to the house. We returned yesterday, turned the water back on, and noticed our Navien 180A making noises for 30 seconds every 5-10 minutes. See video below. Any ideas of things to try before we call the manufacturer? Thanks.

    Sounds like a fan issue. Probably unrelated to the water. Why call the manufacturer? Why not call the installer or the person who you have service it?

    My guess it you turned off the water but not the tankless water heater and the pump kept trying to circulate till it burned out the bearings
