Hey I was wondering if anyone else has made headway on this issue.
I have a video of my own making it's new horrendous noise. It's about a month old and just starting. The plumber has yet to make it back to my place yet......

IMO there maybe a issue with the inducer fan, and or intake piping to the fan may have debris in it.

Sounds like a fan blade broke off, something's stuck/lodged in the inducer housing, etc... I would not run the boiler in this condition!

Wow. That sounds bad. Reminds me of when a mouse died in my range hood and his crispy body made horrible noises for weeks before I figured out why. And probably peppered my morning eggs with petrified mouse bits.

Might be a gas pressure issue. Has anyone measured the gas pressure or checked the pipe size?
