Need help calculating EDR for baseboard radiator

The brand is Beacon Morris. It's a TP-14 with 4 1/4 square fins. The lengths of the baseboard are 140 inches and 120 inches.
According to specs, the steam 215 degrees factor 1.0 is 150.
What does this mean and how do I get the EDR for each length.
