Newly installed VXT-24 Water Feeder Not working?

Yesterday I replaced my low water feeder (which I think was dead) with new VXT-24. Somehow new water feeder does not feed as well. If I use manual feed button on new VXT-24 it feeds water so at least plumbing is ok. Low water cut off is Safgard 400 , when it calls for water I can see red dot on VXT-24 light up and I can measure 24V between feed and neutral. I even tried to jump hot and feed but still no water feed.

Below is water feeder VXT-24 wiring

and this is low water cut off (safgard 400) wiring

    Are you waiting 2 minutes?

I'd try setting the delay for 30 seconds.

I would also recommend changing the feed setting from "LWCO" to whatever gallons number that maintains the water level at mid-gauge (that takes a bit of trial and error).

Changed to 30 sec from 2 min and shorted hot and feed for a minute, still no water feed, also tried 1 gallon setting instead of lwco , still no luck.

    Old one was WF2‑24.
By the way I also tried to connect separate transformer to feed just VXT-24.
I disconnected wires coming from the boiler , plugged in separate transformer in the wall outlet and connected 24V to VXT-24. Water feeder turned on , manual feed button on the feeder works, if I I jump hot and feed terminals I can see red dot next to water usage numbers (according to manual this means call for water) but nothing happens. Completely lost, hard to believe out of the the box new feeder does not work.

Out of box failures do happen.

Sounds like the VXT-24 is bad, out of box. But when you install the working unit, I found out the best starting setting is 10 min delay and 1 gal. The LWCO setting overfilled my system, even at 30 sec
