How can I insulate a home radiator?

I rent an old house with nine radiators.
I promised the landlord I I’d not turn the valves. (One valve leaked when turned.). The HVAC man told me to use blankets to reduce the heat, instead of valves.
I’ve been using blankets and they work! One unused room stays around 59 degrees. Perfect and cheap!
My question: Do they make something designed to do what my blanket does so well?
I know they make insulatorscto out around water heaters.
I searched on “radiator jackets” with little success.
Somebody suggested thermal blankets?
Thank you
