Wrightsoft issue please help!

I do a print preview and nothing shows up. I print and nothing shows up.

Apparently I 'unchecked' all the boxes, and the program won't let me print the floor plan i drew; I cant' 'check' the boxes that i 'unchecked". I've done several hundred heat loads and this is the first time i am getting jammed on this one.

I have the 2012 Vesrion maybe that's why???? They are coming to get me???? hahah

Can you copy your drawing, close and re-open your program and then paste what you copied back into the program?

yippeee it worked. I had to go back and forth twice becasue i had two floors Thaks for the tid bit In the pic, don't 'uncheck' the "BUILDING", it will go bye bye

yes I never thought of that bc when I right click you get a menu. not the typical cut copy paste windows thing. I went to the tool bar and copied. Thanks again
