Replace AUBE telephone controller w/ WiFi controller

Options
Good morning,

I am looking to replace a pre-exisiting AUBE telephone controller:
https://www.amazon.com/Honeywell-CT240-01-Thermostat-Phone-Controller/dp/B001QFZ3ZK

With something that is WiFi controlled but essentially, does the exact same job. Which is to set the boiler's controller (which is a Tekmar) to occupied or un-occupied.

Of course I've done the google searches, but am having a really hard time to find something that meets my description. I have to think that there is something like this available somewhere. Perhaps, I am not looking in the right place.

Would anyone here have any suggestions or recommendations? Appreciate the help in advance. Thank you

Did you ever find a solution? I have the same problem. Since I changed my landline to VOIP, the controlled doesn't pickup for remote usage.

why not use a WiFi thermostat? I have three Honeywell RTH9585WF thermostats at my second home and they work flawlessly.

there are lots of generic automation controllers out there, any one of those would work

The CT240 toggles all 12 thermostats, my water pump, and the whole house heat exchanger. Are there wifi devices which would replace that funtionality?

    Thanks,
