Steam Radiator and Central Air

So I have a mini-duct AC system and single pipe steam radiators. I also have an addition that is forced hot air and AC. I am wondering if my whole house and system would be more efficient by running the fan on the mini-duct system along with the steam heat. I am thinking that maybe that would circulate the warm air around? I tend to get cold spots in some of the rooms. Any thoughts are much appreciated.

The fan run is an easy try.
If you get main vents on your system the heat distribution may improve.0 -
Check the initial warm up when the boiler makes steam after raising the temperature on the thermostat. If the system is properly balanced, all the radiators will get steam simultaneously.
If not, then checking and increasing the main venting would be the first step.—NBC0
