What Size Biasi Boiler?

Hi, looking at Biasi boilers to replace leaking Burhnam boiler. I did heat loss calculations with Slant Fin as well as CoolCalc. They both came out at a heat loss of around 72,000 btu. I live in Maine in a 3100 sq ft house with 5 zones and a zone for indirect hot water tank, so 6 zones total. I am thinking about the Biasi B10/4 or the B10/5 but I don’t want to oversize like my Burhnam. Any thoughts on the right choice?
Thanks.
Thanks.

4 section is 10% over your heat loss, why go more?To learn more about this professional, click here to visit their ad in Find A Contractor.0

I assume you thinking you may need more the extra zones ... But in reality you can get away with less...

Thanks for all the responses. So it looks like the Biasi B10 4 section would be a good choice. Does a boiler that is too big cause short cycling? One thing to mention is most of the time, a pellet stove heats the 1st floor, 952 sq feet. FYI.0
