bad thermostat

I have a taco switching relay (3) the radiant floor zone works fine when calling for heat but when it is at temp it clicks on and off but when its calling for heat it works fine. it is a 24 volt stat honey well I am not sure of the model to describe the stat, it has a floor sensor has 3 dipswitches in the back & on the rectangular side with both sides of it opens to adjust temp and other features.
I also put the stat on another terminal just incase something was wrong with he board but it did the same thing

    I did further investigation, the supply house gave me a thermostat for electric radiant heat.
