Big Mobile boiler

My son's school got water in the last huge rain storm and I guess they didn't check the boiler. So this has been there for a few weeks.

Up the street at the hospital they have a flatbed with a large carrier unit. But that one looks like it has 6 units linked with some type of heat exchanger on the top of each cell. I'm not sure if it's a boiler or AC unit
