Does anyone know if the holes around the periphery of a Mouat valve, and which index the stop, represent anything flow-wise? I seem to recall one manufacturer's valve having a stop for every 10 square feet of radiation, so you could set the valve stop without grief as long as you know the radiator size. Did Mouat do this?
