@nicholas bonham-carter I like the idea of calling the fire dept.
(but best they don't) If I answered that call the fire marshal would be required to look at all the safety issues that might concern the boiler and the system.
I must tell you it is maddening that the landlord shows indifference, and I appreciate your hard line.
