Navien autofeeder

in THE MAIN WALL
I’m working on the installation of an Navien NCB. Would anyone care to share any thoughts on the “autofeeder” feature that comes in this boiler? Does it work well? Any potential issues?

    I’ve used it, but not a fan of it. I prefer to just pipe the make up water into the air separator.

    I use them all the time, never had a issue with them... a bit of water hammer once in a while....
