Hydro Coil Heat -- Low Air Temperature

We recently moved into a two-story house that has hydro coil heat. There is a boiler that supplies hot water for two air handlers (one for upstairs, one for downstairs). The air coming out of the vents is colder than I would've expected, ranging between ~80-90 degrees F, depending on how far down the vent is off the duct run. This is true for both the upstairs and downstairs vents.
Does this range seem normal for Hydro Air? Or should I be looking into whether there is an issue?
Thanks!
