Can anyone idenitify this heatpump manifold

Can anyone identify this ground source heatpump ground loop manifold. There do not appear to be an manufacturer's markings anywhere. This was installed in 2013. The installer, I have discovered recently, was a bit of a cowboy andf is no longer in business.
The yellow writing on the house side pipes says 07/10 a square and then 266. On the non-return valves there is no shoulder on the manifold side but there do appear to have been splitrings or similar. These have failed and coolant was freely flowing into the pit. One has been removed by my current plumber to try and find a match.
Any assistance much appreciated.
