    Sounds like an issue that a service tech is going to have to actually come out to effectively diagnose. Have you gone to the 'find a pro' section of this site?

    The Green Mountain boilers are re-badged Dunkirks. The actual probe that operates the CG400 is mounted inside the front of the jacket, and can be difficult to remove.

    Many Dunkirks we see are not installed correctly, How about posting a pic of yours? Also, where are you located?
