    I've only seen one of those traps. AFAIK no one makes repair kits for them- time to simply replace the traps if they're failing. Other than that the system should be pretty standard Vapor- the air vent looks like a Trane.

    Recessed metal plate in front of the trap???? Do you mean the eccentric bushing?

    I think he's talking about the pipe wrench laying on the floor that we see a corner of. It does look a little like a recessed floor plate.
