How many Btu can fit in a 3/4 pipe i'm thinking 70,000 but whats the max linear feet of Baseboard will that be( I think it was 62 linear feet will carry 70,000 BTU but I can be wrong.

3/4 baseboard will carry 44,000 93ft approx, I think it depends on the manufacturer??0

Comfortable flow rate for 3/4 copper shown here, use the 4 fps right column.
Next determine the delta T you intend to run. At 20° you move 10,000 btu/ hr./ gpm . So 6 gpm = 60,000 BTU/ hr via 3/4 copper.
Use the fin tube manufacturers data to see output at various SWT and flow rates.
