Is anyone aware of any gas fired steam boilers (100k btu range) that have an option for a fresh air intake, which would eliminate the need to provide standard ventilation for a basement?

Any boiler with a Carlin EZ-Gas burner can be set up for outside air.

Is 100K the Input or Net rating?

its not the boiler that needs the fresh air its the burner and as steamhead said any carlin ez can adapt a fresh air intake, they come in kits, most supply houses carry them

You can also use "Fan In A Can".
