54 year old Bryant

I turn 10 in the house next door. My old neighbor's son called. Every part on this unit is original. Had a blown 30amp one time fuse. Back in service.

1960's cars and music were good, too!

Some of those old units were as tough as nails. Every once in a while we run into and old Westinghouse chiller, split or rtu. They run forever. Probably from the 60s. Don't know when Westinghouse stopped making units.

Westinghouse lasted til around 1980 in the residential market. Last units sold were rebadged Luxaires. York owned both brands. That Bryant definitely dates to the 60s. Model 562 or 563 I believe.
