Aquastat for hot water storage tank

I have an NG on demand water heater with a electric water heater utilized as a storage tank, I am currently using the lower tstat to control the circ pump, the tstat is not reliable, and I would like to replace it with an aquastat. The probe will be going into a 3" well, and I would like the aquastat to turn the circ pump on at 115 degrees and off at 125 degrees.
