Lennox ECM air handler compatible with ICM controllers ECM control board?

I'm thinking of getting a used Lennox CBWMV hydronic air handler with an ECM fan that's available locally. It replace my aging grossly oversized high efficiency furnace.
I noticed that the Lennox zoning system allows a broader range of CFM settings than the fan control board.
The min flow with the harmony zoning system is listed at 400cfm, but off the standard heat/cool fan speed board the lowest I can jumper first stage cooling would be 640cfm (1stg stage cool min is 490cfm).
I would like to use an ICM control to give me 0-10v control over the fan speed from an external controller.
Any reason this wouldn't work? Part of the reason for this is to be able to run a small ac unit 1 to 1.5 ton with the ability to slow the fan further for dehum.
