What is average cost (material only) for a heat exchanger for a Crown boiler KSZ200. thanks Alan

    You can call Crown and ask them. The true cost depends on the amount of labor needed, depending on your situation.
    I wonder why do you need it replaced.

    I think you mean a boiler block, depends on if it's under warranty, you would have to check with a supply house, if everything else has 10+ years go all new.
