I know this sounds dumb, but.....where is the OFF on this old-school analog dial??? I can’t get the bathroom floors to cool down. What position is OFF?!?!?!?!?

If it's turned all the way down and you're still getting heat, you have other problems. Try disconnecting the wires at the boiler control and see if the boiler (circulator) stops.

You can try replacing the thermostat yourself (for radiant) to see if that's the cause. It's old and ugly so you need a new one anyway.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to call a pro.
