B280 Copper for Hot Water Heat?

I have a line on some very low cost B280 5/8" x 0.35 wall Copper for refrigeration. Wondering if anyone has ever used B280 for Hot Water CI rads in a closed loop application. I know standard is B88, just wondering whats the difference?
