Free or reasonably priced 3D piping software?

Does anyone have experience with any free or low cost 3D piping software? Looking for something to play around with. I saw @nicholas bonham-carter picture of the new boiler install and would like to be able to do something like that. Looks like a handy tool for both planning jobs and showing customers.
Never stop learning.

Not 3D. 2D. But free. Taco HSS0

I am guessing that the picture @nicholas bonham-carter showed was done in Sketch up? free and easy to use full 3d modeling with a huge selection of pre-made models that you can download online. I use sketch up for everything from radiant loop layout, to boiler room piping layouts (especially usefull in tight installations). I will say that sketch up does take a bit to get used to, their tutorial videos are excellent however and once you get the hang of it, you can model anything you want.0
