Navien NPE180A Hot Water Issues

Hey guys, I have a Navien 180A and it starting to give me alot of problems when it comes to hot water. I start a shower and it runs hot, but almost everytime now the water turns ice cold.
The unit is set to heat to 140F. When i look at the unit the display shows around 47F going in and 47F going out and the burner is not on, or the burner symbol on the display is flashing. The flow is around 0.6-0.8 GPM. If I turn the unit off (water still running) and on again the GPM jumps up and the burner turns on providing hot water again...
This unit is only 3 years old. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Possible flow switch/sensor issue. Intake water screen blockage is also possible.0
