Anyone ever replace tubes in a Rite tube boiler? How did it go? Any tips or tricks? Would you try it again?

Never saw a "RITE Tube boiler" but boiler tube work is usually carried out by specialty shops.

@delta T We sell the Rite boilers and had a couple replaced and the company that did it said they were not an issue. The owner of the company Jack Coe, is a really cool guy who can give you some pointers.

Thanks @RayWohlfarth we are trying to weigh our options on this one. We don't know the age of the boiler yet, (I'm guessing its about 25-30 years) and we have found parts of tubes laying on the ground, so we know it has already had some tubes changed. The refractory is shot, needs replacement. There are some issues with the near boiler piping (who would've guessed!), the boiler is over sized by about 35% (after pickup factor) and I am trying to weigh replacement against repair. My sales rep should have the age for me this morning. We shall see....
