75 gallon direct vent water heater

installed brand new direct vent natural gas water heater that keeps shutting off after 10 seconds,if i remove hose from inducer to pressure switch it runs no problem so i check intake and exhaust no obstructions i removed both intake and exhaust from tank same problem.so now i dig a little deeper i put manometer in series between both pressure switches and its on the money,i tried adjusting the pressure switch and no help i also changed out both switches and its still doing the same thing,any help would be appreciated

You need to find out which switch is shutting it down. Jump out one switch at a time and see if it runs.
Make sure to take your jumpers off0 -
pulled tube from power vent to first switch turn on and it runs fine,yes its an a.o. smith0
