Replace Entire Boiler or Just Block?

Moved this question to The Wall, to get more feedback. Thanks for the one reply, regarding a new boiler being a selling point.

less headaches and probably faster especially with a smaller boiler0

We've replaced just the boiler blocks and a section on a few occasions over the years on residential jobs over the years. Too risky and your'e never really sure what your going to find until you split the sections apart. About half of these jobs turned into complete replacements when we we were done, not the outcome anyone wanted.
I suggest replacing the entire boiler for residential jobs.0
