HTP UFT Problem

Many thanks to all who posted on this topic. I also just removed the detached flapper from the intake on my UFT 80W. After trying all possible remedies to fix error code11, and before calling a HVAC tech, I thought I should check to see if the flapper was causing the issue, and sure enough it was.
I also created an account just to give thanks.
There is never a substitute for the experience of professionals.
