    To determine flue gas spillage set a combustion analyzer on the floor and watch the O2 reading. If it drops less than 18% the pilot will not stay lit.

    Monitoring the millivolts the whole time the boiler is running would be helpful. Is it possible the thermocouple is getting too hot and losing millivolts?
