Near boiler piping upgrade plans. Opinions and recommendations welcome

I'm planning on altering my near boiler piping this spring. I have "pumping away" arriving Monday. I bought isolation circulator pump flanges, a Taco VT2218 variable Delta T circulator, a 1-1/4" sweat SuperVent microbubble resorber and the fittings I need to complete alterations. I'm planning to relocate my expansion tank and water feed to the SuperVent, but I might leave the feed on the return.
My boiler is currently piped as a mixture of reverse return and parallel Venturi tee loops. I will be replacing the fin tube convectors in the finished room in the basement with cast iron radiators. The rest of the house is cast iron baseboards. Considering installing TRVs. Either way I have to add a Venturi tee on the return from the basement radiators as well. I was also considering adding a mixing valve but I want to try boiler protection mode on the VT2218 first.. .
