Buderus AM10 Supply Temp Setpoint reads 32 degrees

We have a Buderus GB142 with an AM10 outdoor reset module. The boiler won't turn on because the supply temp set point reverts to 32 degrees. We have replaced the outdoor reset unit three times now, so I don't think that it is the unit now but something else. In the past we just wiggled the unit and it changed the supply temp to a temp that would call for the boiler to fire. HELP

just by-pass the AM10. It's been years since i've had the wiring memorized- i would need to find my notes (or look at the manual). But it will take you/a tech several minutes for move the low voltage wires to get back into business.
