Burnham Revolution not firing

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a burnham gas boiler with the vs3000 mixing control. I had a issue 3 months ago that has started again. Thermostats are calling for heat, the zones are open and it is circulating but won't fire. If you shut the power off and wait it will almost always fire and run fine the first try. I've got family that works HVAC look at it and it and everything looks to be checking out. The control board has lights that blink but i have no info on what they could possibly mean

    What model boiler and how many times/what color is it blinking?

    Burnham RV6NSL-L2. I've seen it flash 4...6+4....and a constant ON on the bottom light. I've seen that when it's been down and the others after it fires back up. I've also sen a heartbeat when it's working fine.
