"try tweaking the "max supply" setting up all the way, count to 5, and set it back down to where it was,
    does anything change?
try the same with the "heating curve",
be sure to set these back to where they are now."
nothing changes (visibly or sounds) when I turned up each for 5 seconds the MaxS and then after that the HC. They are both back to their original settings now.

measured the thermistor attached to the return > furnace pipe. It measured 14.47 (Kohms) out of the circuit. that seems right. It's about 60 deg F in there.

it appears the OA sensor is under the porch in an inaccessible location right now (too much snow in the way) if i can find some more information that shows me where things are clearly. I can probably identify the two leads from the OA inside the mechanical room and measure it. still working on that...

    • If the Supply Sensor develops either a short circuit or an open circuit, the control is programmed to fully close the mixing
    valve to help prevent overheating.
After any repair has been completed, press the test button to confirm that correct operation has been restored.

    reading your original post again,
that's a light combination that's not in the manual,
    and makes no sense,

did you try cycling the power?
shut everything off (boiler, pumps, controller) for a minute,
let all the LEDs go dark,
    and power back up,
    (reboot the controller),
